Safety is core to the gas industry and to the shared objectives of IGEM and GISG. This conference will outline the work underway to deliver the safety case for developing a UK hydrogen economy.
There will be an update with some of the latest safety initiatives such as IGEM/G/11 (Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure) and raising competence and safety in HRRB (High Rise Residential Buildings).
The conference will also bring a dedicated strand to learn about the latest carbon monoxide research.
There will also be a showcase of some of the Gas Industry Safety Award winners who will share case studies of their safety initiatives.
