The CO Research Trust on behalf of The British Toxicology Society (BTS) is pleased to highlight a call for submissions for a forthcoming special edition of Toxicology Research dedicated to Carbon Monoxide (CO) Exposure.
Toxicology Research publishes high-quality, internationally impactful research across the biological, chemical, clinical and environmental health sciences, with a focus on toxic responses and their underlying mechanisms.
This special edition will showcase the latest research and perspectives on the current understanding of carbon monoxide, including:
- Hazards and risks associated with CO exposure
- Low and high-level exposure scenarios
- Clinical consequences and long-term health effects
- Diagnostic tools and approaches for evaluating exposure
Researchers and practitioners working in toxicology, environmental health, occupational health, clinical medicine and related disciplines are encouraged to submit original research, reviews and other relevant contributions.
